5-Minute Setup

  1. In TrioPBX, go to Integrations → Zoho and click Connect Zoho.
  2. Sign in to Zoho and authorize requested scopes.
  3. Choose default objects to log against (Lead/Contact/Deal) and enable screen pop.
  4. Map TrioPBX agents ↔ Zoho users; set “Attach recording URL” on/off.
  5. Click Save and place a test call.

  • Match rule: incoming Caller ID → Zoho Contact; fallback → Lead.
  • Create activity: “Call – {{Direction}}” with duration, agent, queue/IVR.
  • Optional fields: Disposition, tags (e.g., “Hot lead”), recording URL.
  • Post-call task: create a follow-up task if call missed or disposition = “Callback”.
